What are the shipping costs?
For orders under 80 euros, shipping within the EU costs 4.95 euros, and outside the EU, the shipping fee is 4.95 euros. For orders over 80 euros, shipping is free.

Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your new Alcanside product(s). And you case use our track and trace page here
Do I have to pay duties, taxes, or import fees on my shipment or return?
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees associated with both the delivery and any return shipments. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not covered by ALCANSIDE.
